Refund policy
A page that failed and a page that already generated are handled differently.
Failed pages
Pages that fail, time out, are refused by the model, or return no image give their held credits back automatically. Nothing to request.
Pages that already generated
Once a handwritten page is generated, its credit is settled. The model can misspell or drop words. That is not a free redo and not a refund of the page. Another version is a new paid generation.
Money back
Within 14 days of purchase, unused credits can be refunded to the original WeChat, Alipay, or card payment; for a partly used pack, the refund is proportional to unused credits. Write to [email protected] with your account email and order date.
After a refund
Once a refund is issued, that order's unused credits are removed from your account.
